Privacy, in plain terms.
Trenn is a government contract intelligence service operated by Rouzbeh. This policy describes trenn.app and the information you choose to share with us.
What we collect
For a sample request, we save your company name, email, service category, country, state or province, language preference, originating landing page and separate product-update choice. We also save request timestamps and campaign tags, such as the source and campaign name.
Aggregate measurement
We keep daily totals of page visits, form starts and submitted requests by campaign. We do not add advertising trackers, set analytics cookies or create persistent visitor profiles. Campaign tags should not contain personal information.
How we use it
We use your request to assess service-area coverage, prepare a sample when relevant notices are available and respond to you. Optional product updates require separate consent. We do not sell or publish your contact details. A request does not begin a paid subscription.
Storage and security
Cloudflare hosts the site and our private D1 request database. Cloudflare also processes network and security metadata. The database was created in Western North America; that does not guarantee that all processing stays in your country. Incoming mail to hello@trenn.app is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our operator’s Gmail inbox, so Cloudflare and Google process that correspondence.
Request protection
We use short-lived salted hashes derived from network addresses to limit abusive requests. We do not store the address itself in our request database. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during subsequent API activity. Cloudflare operational logs may contain network metadata.
Retention
Sample requests are retained for up to 365 days after their last update, with cleanup during subsequent API activity. You can request earlier deletion. Privacy requests remain pending until handled; completed requests are removed after 90 days during cleanup. Aggregate campaign totals contain no email or company name.
Your choices
Use the form below to request access, deletion or to stop optional product updates. Opt-outs change the update preference immediately. We verify identity before sharing or deleting personal information. Follow-up on a sample you requested is separate from optional product updates. You can also contact hello@trenn.app.
